Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Bud Press garments, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in the original mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send your exchange items within 5-10 business days.
